Project Background
Extend cast gutter at rear
40cm shews to be stripped off & new sand cement where slates meet wall
2 Dozen scotch slate for repairs over roof
Re-slate around skylights
Pick out & re-point all copes – point under gutters front & back
Leave site clean & tidy

Approach Taken
Talking through the different elements of the project at beginning of week and also during the project.
Methodically working on different parts of the roof over the week
Arriving early every morning and working until late afternoon
Discussing any safety issues for pupils and staff and taking these into consideration in order of tasks
Giving advice on maintenance of roof and any future requirements
