Project Background
We were involved in the works of updating a 1930’s bungalow into an open plan modern living space which included an attic conversion. As part of the attic conversion the architect specified roof vents to comply with building regulations.

Approach Taken
The job started with planning out where all the vents were going to be positioned. Once this had been worked out, the work itself involved removing the existing slates, cutting a hole in the sarking board, inserting the vent and dressing round the vent. We even painted a chimney on the client’s roof because as he said “we were up there anyway”! Happy to help out.
