Prestonfield Dormer

Project Background
Single story extension to kitchen and attic conversion of 1930s Bungalow.

Approach Taken
To fit a rubber membrane roof on a 4m x 5m single storey extension and put guttering in place. Helped to take down existing chimney, made roof water tight while work was taking place and slated two new dormer windows.
